It also requires hospitals to provide clear and accessible pricing information online about the items and services they provide.
As members of the Free Market Medical Association, Advanced PainCare offers affordable direct pricing for anyone without insurance, or with a HDHP (High Deductible Health Care Plan). Compare our prices with local Harrisburg healthcare systems, such as UPMC or Penn State Health. While we can’t link to their price estimators directly, they are publicly available through internet search engines.

The price for a new patient evaluation spans a range depending upon the time required to obtain a thorough medical history, perform a targeted examination and review available testing. Medical marijuana, Wellness, Weight Loss, Regenexx® and traditional pain management evaluations are all specific for the services requested. If a thorough ultrasound examination of an injured joint is necessary there may be an additional fee.
Ordering and scheduling recommended testing.
This is a follow up evaluation visit. It will typically be scheduled for 15 to 20 minutes.
Prolotherapy is the injection of a small amount of irritant such as dextrose, in combination with a local anesthetic, into ligaments and tendons and the adjacent joint in order to trigger a healing reaction. This can strengthen damaged tendons and ligaments and promote healing of joint cartilage.
